Steven Mueth, MD

Dr. Mueth is a board-certified pediatrician who has practiced in the St. Louis area since 1998.

Dr. Mueth grew up in Millstadt, Illinois and attended high school in Bellville, Illinois at Althoff Catholic. He received a bachelor’s in Psychology from Saint Louis University in 1990, and in 1994, he earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois. He completed a pediatric residency at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in 1997, and stayed on staff as the pediatric chief resident for one more year.

Dr. Mueth is a current member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and American Medical Association. In his free time, he plays softball and volleyball and services as the volleyball coach for Rockwood Thunder Volleyball Club.

He is a member of the Saint Louis University President’s Circle and sits on the Billiken Club Board of Directors. He is also the commissioner for the USA Volleyball Gateway Region Executive Board.

Dr. Mueth’s clinical interests include pediatric asthma management, weight management and sports-related concerns.
